10u – Andrew Johnson

The 10u Player of the Week is Andrew Johnson #99.  Andrew had a great week on both sides of the ball.  He has been working on hitting hard line drives since the fall and his hard work is paying off.  He hit .715 this past week with two doubles and scored seven times.  He did not strike out once.  On defense, Andrew pitched an inning and a third in relief retiring four straight batters – all on strikeouts.  He has been working hard at catcher as well and threw out a steam attempt at second base and blocked the ball well.  We are proud of Andrew and the way he works to be the best he can be.  Felicidades, Güeron.
